About our Retreats
The retreats offered here at Sacred Space are flexibility depending on your availability & where you are on your path of self discover. We offer retreats for 7 night stay, 10 days, 2 weeks, & up to a month or longer depending on what you are looking for. Intention, availability, willing, and readiness all play a part in the personalized retreat program we would provide for you.
After a brief discovery call we will create a personalized retreat based on what you are hoping to get out of coming here. We can hyper focus on a particular activity from our retreat menu and\or recommend things we offer here based on your discovery call.
All of our retreats include clean and comfortable accommodations, fresh vegetarian dining, and nature excursions. The rest, we tailor around each person’s intentions and hopes for coming to retreat at sacred space. Some of the options from our retreat menu include, meditation practice, hatha yoga, exercise/training, diet, herbalism, sound healing, cold plunge, temezcal, plant medicines, & more.
We are here to hold space for you and encourage your expansion in a loving & judgement free environment that we know will give you an opportunity to leave lighter and more centered than you were before you arrived.
We Are Located...
Sacred Space is located in the lush Diamond Valley in Platanillo de Baru, Costa Rica. A space far removed from the fast paced, modern city living that many people are used to. Being this immersed in nature give guests the ability unplug, disconnect, recharge, & reconnect to the true nature we all have deep inside. Like so many things, in life, sometimes a reset is needed to return back to its natural & optimized state. Immerse yourself in the heart of Mother Nature & allow your mind, body, & soul to recalibrate to it's original state. Peace, calm, & bliss can be found inside when find ourselves in an environment that naturally fosters such a state.
